I don't know how in Russian, but in English-language literature this is called “sleep inertia” (“sleepy inertia”? “sleep inertia”?). Lethargy, irritability, decreased mental abilities after a sudden awakening. It usually takes about 15-30 minutes.
Why this happens is not exactly known, but the most common theory is that the accumulation of adenosine in the brain during deep sleep is to blame. Adenosine, as again assumed (the biochemistry of the living brain is generally quite difficult to study), makes you feel tired and sleepy.
But there is a wonderful remedy – caffeine. It blocks the adenosine receptors, and life gets a little better.
But if the mood after waking up sucks almost always, it can be morning depression. And this is already a bad bell.
