As soon as you find a “harmful” product and forbid it, your brain starts thinking about it all the time.
If you eat a full and varied diet (including products from different groups in your diet – cereals, dairy, meat, vegetables and fruits, etc.), then any “harmfulness” in small quantities does not reduce your health.
