I can only tell you how not to.

If you live in a city, then you need to remember – asphalt is now considered bad for your feet. It is very bad to run along the track. Not only that, the lungs are heavily ventilated and collect more exhaust gases. Now the most dangerous thing is considered – fine dust from the friction of tires. Rubber is not removed from the lungs in any way at all, because there is no such substance in nature.

Make sure that the pressure does not rise too much, otherwise it is also dangerous.

And finally, you can not run in the cold. It seems that you are warm, and then the person falls down, and immediately with bronchitis in a serious form.

Maybe it makes sense to go to the gym. On the one hand, it seems silly to run not on the street, but on a treadmill. But on the other hand, it is quite justified.

Run for survival. Really. Although the key feature of weight loss is proper nutrition. If you continue to eat the wrong way, your running won't do any good. For special cases, you can even start counting protein/fat/carbohydrates as a radical. As far as I remember, the optimal ratio for weight loss is 3/1/6. Moreover, the calculation can be carried out from proteins. They should be 2-3 per kg of body weight (for those who are engaged in some kind of sport). Accordingly, you substitute in the proportion and you're done. You plan what and when you will eat and live happily ever after. Although even without such meticulous calculations (and do not forget to calculate calories using the Venuto formula), you can live happily. Just make yourself a program of what you can eat and what you can't eat and follow this program strictly

You can combine running with crossfit then it will be more effective. I run a lot in training and never gain weight. Probably you just need to run a lot – then it will be useful.
