We've already talked about psychological addiction, so it's a little off topic, but: if you live in a country where all this stuff is illegal, don't think that you're trying the purest product. You can mix anything in there, and you don't know what kind of grass and you don't know where it grew, these are not legal farms like in the USA. So think a few times if you are not buying in licensed stores and in a country with illegal marijuana %)

To answer this question, this sign is perfect. It is worth paying attention to the position of alcohol and nicotine in it. So the dependence on marijuana is about the same as on this very same legal coffee of yours.

However, it is worth remembering about the harm of various substances to the body;)

To begin with, not all drugs are physically addictive. Some substances that are not officially recognized as a drug are much more addictive than some drugs. For example, cigarettes are much more addictive than LSD or MDMA. A person who smokes on an empty stomach with dazed eyes runs to get a pack in the morning, but someone who uses MDMA at least a little often does not have such a thing.

Heroin and a number of other drugs are really addictive. Marijuana is not on a par with them.

But it's not that simple. The problem is that there is a psychological dependence. And even worse, it's not a substance addiction. We all once want to “get away” away from the usual reality, get distracted, forget – call it what you want. And in the advanced case, a person may develop a psychological dependence on this particular care. And the substance in this case is only a means. Someone escapes reality with the help of weed, someone with the help of computer games or sports, and someone-with the help of sex or work. And the problem will not be solved if you just take this tool away from the patient – the need to escape from the reality in which the person is uncomfortable will remain.

Therefore, the short answer to your question is: no, grass does not cause such dependence as on heroin or cigarettes. But addiction can be caused by the very possibility of escaping from reality, which is given by grass or many other pastimes, in this regard – yes, it can cause addiction, but in this case it is no longer about it, but about what a person is running from.
