I believe that nothing is impossible, especially in creativity.
Every day, people create something new that wasn't there before, so it's the same with creativity. I think it will be possible for anyone who wants to set this task as their main goal.
I'll suggest a few steps that might help you achieve this goal:
The first step is to familiarize yourself with all the existing genres in order to have a general idea and not accidentally “create” an existing format. That's not our goal, is it?
The second step is to skip all these genres through the prism of your perception and look at them differently, interpret them in a different way, this will help your imagination to unfold better.
The third step is the basic one – your drawing skills. You can't skip this step and you should even put it in the first place, but in the process of studying the first two, the level of your “skill” is automatically “pumped”.
Well, the most important task will of course be your imagination, idea, meaning that you put in, and so on. Here you already have a certain base, you will be able to reach your full potential and achieve your goal.
You can ask the question ” why?”. For, as in science, there are no unnecessary entities – Occam's razor. The system of genres exists for the convenience of classifying works of art according to the principle of “what is depicted”. A new genre appears when a certain mass of works of art accumulates that does not fit into existing genres. In order for a new genre to appear, you need to create a certain number of works in it
Of course, I think that now anyone can create something new, something of their own, the main thing is to have a great imagination and skill of execution, then the desired result will turn out flawlessly and you will have your own genre in the visual arts.
Without any doubt. Genres were created and will continue to be created. There is no limit to this business. It limits only the level of our consciousness and development, but, fortunately, it can grow indefinitely if desired.
