Actually, being a teenager is always difficult. A crisis that lasts for several years-then your body changes, and your attitude to life, and the attitude of others towards you.
It seems to me that it is more difficult for modern teenagers than for previous generations. They have a lot more options, yes. They have more freedom. They have fewer household responsibilities (long live technological progress!). They have much easier access to information.
But… older people spend less and less time on them – and this is the most important thing that we can give to another person. They receive less and less love (not hopes for a “return on investment” or the desire of mom and dad to leave the child small forever, but the usual parental love and support in growing up). It is very difficult for them to understand the flow of information that flows to them. Because of the rapidly changing world, it is difficult not only to plan, but even to hope for something definite in the future, and this, in general, is not very useful for the human psyche, the principle of “live here and now” is not always good.
Modern teenagers use everything but do not respond to almost everything.
They're probably living a pretty utopian life right now. they don't have to fight for a piece of bread, they don't get sold, they don't starve, they don't have to work, and so on.
Of course, they have other problems, but frankly, not at the level of “survival”.
Another thing is that such education, when almost everything is possible for a person, but at the same time he does not answer for it, gives rise to serious infantilism and society itself supports this model.
the main problem is that you are not perceived as a full-fledged person. being no longer a 15-year-old blockhead, I am faced with the fact that “adult” people are trying in every possible way to take it out on us. for example, the security guards in the store for some reason consider it their duty to constantly show something about backpacks, not every time, of course, but only when they are in a bad mood. once a cleaning lady made a complaint to us, saying that she only washed the floor and we should not pass on the washed one, then, when leaving the store, she told us that we should wipe our feet in front of the entrance ( on a dirty and tattered rag, but the main thing is to wipe them!!!!!!!!!!!!) In general, not very fun, of course
Yes, it is difficult and every year harder and harder. Life in our time is becoming more and more fictional, and therefore less and less natural, it is increasingly difficult for a person to adapt to it, because he is always initially born in a natural environment, and accordingly he is initially natural.
This process of adaptation mostly occurs in adolescence (although it is never limited to it), so the maximum contradictions between the artificial environment and the original natural state of a person arise during this period. And the more unnatural the environment in which a person should exist, the harder it is for him to suppress what is naturally inherent in his nature.
Not bad, I think. Lots of opportunities, sections, clubs, concerts, parks, exhibitions, events, hangouts. Fashionable, inexpensive clothing. Lots of beautiful and athletic teenagers around. Fast and affordable internet. Ability to move around the country and the world. A lot of ways to express yourself, for which you will not be judged, but also support. Parents are concerned about the future of their children and help them in every possible way. And not only in Moscow, but also in the regions there is something to do. We, for the most part, did not have this. It was really a different romance, but still… I look at today's teenagers and think that most of them have quite a teenage life (in a good sense of the word).
Well, this…
It seems that everything is there, but as usual this is not enough…Because of the different cultures, many simply close in on them. Thanks to the Internet, you can do a lot of things, but only a few of them use them…
