  1. Dreams and fantasies very often intersect when a person is immersed in their pleasant or positive thoughts. Sometimes it is very difficult to distinguish a dream from a fantasy. It happens that bold fantasies come true and then dreams of a bright future arise. Dreams differ from fantasies in their mundanity, we can say that fantasies are anticipations. However, fantasies can also be mundane, it all depends on the context of the fantasy. For example, Nikola Tesla used fantasies to test the operation of his mechanisms, which, after testing it in practice, turned out to be really functional!

  2. It seems to me that fantasy is more detached from reality, this is the so-called ” what would have happened if…”. And a dream for a person is a kind of object of aspirations, a goal that he at least wants to achieve, or does something to achieve. From this point of view, fantasy is initially just a figment of the imagination, a castle in the air that has little to do with reality.
