This is also why 2+2=4. We have the ability to sense the correctness and incorrectness of statements. Some of them seem true to us, while others don't. And what is ethics? Behavioral statements.
We strive for correctness, so is it any wonder that we also strive for correct behavior?
We doubt and strive to eliminate any doubts, hence the need for philosophy, in the search for statements whose validity is beyond doubt. In the search for such ethical grounds that would not be momentary, would go beyond me here and now.
Hence both good and evil – something found to be unquestionably true and unquestionably wrong.
Where does this need come from? In principle, there is no difference between reducing it to a creator god or to evolution, which rejected all those who did not strive for correct statements and did not seek to eliminate doubts – both assumptions give an equivalent picture in the output.
You are given freedom. A very wide, infinite range of freedom in your attitude to your fellow man. You can love it, help it out in every possible way, and even die for it. Or you can mock him, betray him, torture him for your own pleasure. And also treat it as “so-called 'evil'.” This combination of “so-called” and quotation marks in relation to evil tells the truth about it: quotation marks give the negation of quotation marks. When you torment a person and still think that this is “nothing special” – this is the real evil. And even if you do not torment yourself, but teach others that this is generally possible, because evil is only so-called, it is not evil, but “evil”. This is the true abomination. Now you can ask yourself why and why you are doing this.
The absence of light is darkness. The absence of good is evil. Evil itself does not exist, it is an alternative to good. There is no such thing as good or evil in nature. These are moral concepts, a product of human consciousness. Good is moral, evil is immoral. But what is meant by the concept of moral? This is good, correct, useful, and generally accepted for most people in their common interests.
When answering this question, I accordingly focus only on my Personal understanding of the process. Answer: In essence, “EVIL” does not exist “For People It is”. Therefore, “IT” is where there is no Person. Which means that “It” doesn't exist for Humans. As a rule, the Person himself and the WORLD around him consists, in one way or another, only of Good. But the Measures are different for each Person individually, both in the Person himself and in the World around him. There is only Good, there is little Good, not enough Good, the possibility of even a complete lack of Good is not excluded, but this is not “EVIL” – this is the absence of Good ( a kind of exception to the rules). This is just my personal opinion and that's all. I sincerely wish YOU ALL Health, Love, Happiness and all the best. And also Good in full. Peace To Our Home-The Human Home ! Good luck TO ALL !
Not for what? And for what, an intentional factor of moving towards good.A kind of extensor device for good!!!How else? Good and evil, day and night, heat and cold, the conditions of this world!
Evil absolutely does not need any of the creatures, it is alien to them, harmful, hinders. And evil has arisen and grown because of our misuse of the freedom of choice granted by God. In the end, God will destroy all evil, all people will be saved
Because reality is not evil initially, life itself is still evil, if you think about it locally, the strongest or most successful survives, intraspecific competition and climate change, the struggle for resources, survival, all this brings a lot of evil, even the very love of people is often still evil, inability to agree, disgust for some vices of a partner, phobias, even life experience can be like a skeleton in a closet.
This is also why the so-called good exists. Both are relative concepts. A cat ate a mouse is good for a cat and evil for a mouse. And so it is almost always and everywhere. There are certain cases: it is good to move an unknown old lady across the street, and it is evil to push her under a car, but there are not so many of them.
Evil doesn't exist. There is a lack of goodness. Just as there is being and non-being. There is an evil will in which there is no truth ( “he did not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him”, this is from the Bible about the devil, the father of all lies).
A beggar tramp with an empty bag slung over his shoulder went to a beautiful house behind a high fence and knocked on the gate. The owner opened it.
What do you want?
I haven't eaten in three days, give me something.
I don't have anything, I gave it all away to people like you.
You are evil itself, give something, do a good deed, become good.
I don't have anything. I gave it all away. I am good. And you are evil. Leave.
I'm not evil. I'm just hungry.
I'm not evil either, but I don't have anything.
You have such a beautiful house behind a high fence!
It's not my house anymore, it's already sold for debt. The new owner will arrive in an hour, and I'll be just like you.
Then good luck!
And the beggar went on looking for good luck. And the former owner of the house stood for a while, then also took an empty bag, hung it on his shoulder and went out through the gate. “I have become evil,” thought the new beggar, and went straight on down the road.
Why and why does evil exist? Because he's always hungry. It roams the world in search of food and devours all the good it finds. Evil must die.

Evil is something that does not exist ontologically, but only modally. In the sense that evil is not a thing or an object, but an attitude towards objects (objects, things) or people that deviates from a certain norm. For example, we call murder evil, because murder is the unlawful taking of another's life for no reason. At the same time, if a person kills in self-defense, he is not considered a murderer, but can be considered “exceeding the limits of self-defense”. Also suicide. No one will dare to call the hero who lay down on the embrasure in the war a suicide. And why? But because suicide is an arbitrary deprivation of life without a sufficient reason. No one would call a hungry street urchin who stole a piece of bread to survive a thief. Etc. It follows that even what we consider “inherently evil actions” are not such, since they depend on the motivation of the person who commits the act. Therefore, evil is inside, in our will and choice sooner, and only then in the actions we perform. Therefore, evil is not ontological, there is not a single thing, not a single person, that was originally evil, had an evil nature. It is impossible to imagine an “evil thing,” an “evil nature,”without falling into the absurd. After all, viruses with bacteria are not evil in themselves, they are needed to strengthen the immunity of living beings and some hurricanes with earthquakes are also not evil in themselves, because they are just natural phenomena. Evil arises in the relation of objects and phenomena to subjects (people) or in the relation of subjects (people) to objects and phenomena. Therefore, it is modal (but not relativistic) and depends on the vector (direction) of a person's will. So the first Christians said to their tormentors, ” You can torture us, you can kill us, but you can't hurt us.” Why? Yes, because the first Christians wanted to die and be with Christ, that is, they modally did not perceive what would serve to bring their death closer as evil, and at the same time they also forgave their tormentors (that is, hatred and a desire for revenge, that is, evil emotions, were not born in them from torment). If there were no cognizing subjects (people) in the world, then evil would not exist in principle.
