  1. Let's try to answer logically, scientifically, clearly and with definitions. Before you answer, we'll agree on terms (a useful skill for making people understand you is to agree on terms).

Religion is an organized interaction with higher forces. From the Latin word religare, which means “to bind, to connect”. Therefore, religion is a person's attempts to contact and somehow interact with higher forces, and the attempt is not personal, but social, collective (organized), which has certain rules (organization of this process).

Therefore, different religions are different ways of interaction, different methods.

Many people mistakenly believe that religions differ depending on the higher powers, they say, if the gods are different, then the religions are different. Although we know several different religions in which God (the Creator) is the same, but the methods of his worship are different, and therefore the religions themselves are different.

We know a huge range of ethnic religions (paganism), in which ways of interacting with higher forces have an ethnic basis, that is, they were/are practiced by certain peoples.

Of course, there is a lot of debate around Buddhism, whether it is a religion at all, because as such it is difficult to find god there. On the other hand, there are ways to interact with higher forces (this is not necessarily God) in Buddhism, these methods of interaction are organized in the same way within the same religion, hence Buddhism is a religion (based on my logic).

Why are religions different? Because different people are more comfortable with just different methods to achieve communication with higher forces. This is a matter of taste, upbringing, and habit…

What is the most correct religion? None, as these are different ways and methods. Methods and methods can be more or less productive, working, and productive. Experience shows that most religions seem to be able to cope with their tasks. After all, they do not lose followers and provide them with the very connection with the divine, for which followers come to religions.

  2. With the tor of Christianity: 3 world religions-correspond to the Trinity:
Judaism and Islam (for non-Jews)”it's a worship of God the Father.
Buddhism is associated with the Holy Spirit dwelling in people.
And Christianity is the worship of God the Son, Christ.
Well, 3 Christian denominations correspond to 3 human “hypostases”:
    Orthodoxy is the spirit.
Catholicism – the soul (earthly concerns).
    Protestantism is reason.

  3. Christ is risen!

Man is the essence of the tao. Everything connected with this evolutionary movement is “spirituality.” Religion is the engine of this movement. It is not a new form of life that is being formed, but a new form of being. New world.

    We are given 3 worlds;

    1. current-material,
    2. the superstructure to it is the spiritual world,
    3. a special reality is the inner world of a person, in which 2 worlds are potentially connected.

Different religions operate in different worlds:

    Paganism-in the material world.

Buddhism is in the inner world.

Judaism and Islam – in a spiritual, transcendent world.

Christianity is essentially a fusion of 3 worlds.

Judaism and Islam are essentially one, but Judaism is only for Jews. The mission of Judaism is to be the standard of identity preservation in the unifying universe.

In general, the mission of Judaism and Islam is to slow down Christianity. Let me explain. Christianity is a fusion of people with God = > Devil's syndrome: we are the gods ourselves! Humanism, atheism, and liberalism. Judaism and Islam keep a distance between people and God, and remind Christians to respect and worship God.

    About 3 Christian denominations:

Mission of Catholicism: the expansion of Christianity. It emerged as a counterbalance to the expansion of Islam.

The mission of Protestantism: to reconcile faith and reason. It emerged during the Enlightenment as a counterbalance to the expansion of atheism.

    What's next?

In the 20th century, the religion of atheists appeared-ideology. But. as it turned out experimentally, without a Higher Power, paradise cannot be built. Therefore, the sacralization of ideology, the merging of communism with Orthodoxy, is now underway. On the other hand, science also tends to ideologize: transhumanism, Dataism, and so on.

The next step will be the sacralization of scientific ideologies. Then the puzzle will add up and there will be the end of this world and the beginning of the next.

  4. In fact, the meaning of all religions is the same: to give people knowledge about God and help them return to God. But each religion (Scripture) gives this knowledge in a different volume, taking into account the state of consciousness of those people to whom it is given. Moreover, when I say “all religions”, I mean mainly world religions. They are authoritative.

Some smaller religions.. There you need to look specifically at what each of them states. But in any case, religion is a certain idea of the Highest, in one way or another. Even if you take rodnoverie, for example. It does not reach the level of God as the source of all existence, considering only the demigods as the Supreme. That is, it is, let's say, a preliminary religion. (Either it has degenerated, because it is not clear what was in it at the very beginning, what ideas were lost, etc.)
