Spiritual development for me is a process of self-exploration, the ultimate goal of which is to fully understand one's own basic nature. In the process of learning, a side effect is the growing ability to live in harmony with yourself, people, and the world around you. The amount of fear and other negative emotions decreases, calmness, the ability to love, understand other people, and overall satisfaction with life increases. These pleasant phenomena are based precisely on the fact that you begin to understand what is inside you to what, and where what legs grow from.
