In fact, nothing.
There is no such thing as “good” or “evil”in nature. A person can only be evaluated by the society in which he lives and only on the basis of the conditions/traditions/opportunities of this society.
First of all, intent – evil or good.�
Let me quote a dialogue from the movie�Planet Ka-Pax:
MP-Government?�
Prot — There is no need for it.�
MP – And the laws?
Prot — No laws, no lawyers.
MP-How do you distinguish good from evil?
Prot-Every creature in the universe distinguishes good from evil.
