One Answer

  1. Tendency to external stimuli, in the form of bad habits, religion, or some ideology, lack of self-sufficiency, excessive suffering from loneliness, belittling the value of one's own judgments and decisions, lack of self-esteem, not being able to feel comfortable among others, labile mood and strong dependence on it, not being able to independently cope with their emotions and problems, trying to hang it on others and extract it out, deep anger at the environment, as the only remaining powerless reaction, accumulation of internal dissatisfaction, nervous breakdowns when teased or joked, finally just banal cowardice over nothing. Another excessive fixation on all this, which prevents you from directly living productively. Not the whole list. The whole thing won't fit. A weak character can manifest itself in many of these aspects, or only in a few of them. How can I fix it? Not quickly, gradually, just start with the right awareness of your problems, the right choice of how to do and what to do, the right understanding and vision, not clouded by low-spectrum emotions, and then a purely mechanical skill of accumulating the necessary qualities and skills. Also, it is not at all superfluous in such a situation to be in a favorable environment, where a person is respected and supported. In most cases, a person can cope with problems or make sure that they do not bother him much, in exceptional cases, a person overcomes his shortcomings and changes.
