  1. As often happens, the question itself contains the answer. If a creature can do everything, then it can do everything, including creating an infinite number of omnipotent beings .

  2. All this is sophistry.

Can an almighty god create a stone that he can't lift himself? If he's all-powerful, he can. If he can't lift it, then he's not all-powerful. A paradox.

There are a lot of such examples, all religions abound in them, simply because this is not a crystal truth sent from heaven, but primitive fairy tales of ancient narrow-minded people. Which has thousands of internal contradictions, inconsistencies, holes and illogical things. And sages and interpreters, philosophers and theologians of all stripes have been working on these meaningless questions for centuries, because they need to do something:)

  3. I think that an omnipotent being can create an infinite number of beings similar to itself in power. However, due to the fact that the powers of the original and copies will now be equal, the power of one creature will be able to block the power of the second. Thus, they will all lose the status of “omnipotent”.

It turns out that the created beings will not be considered omnipotent in the new conditions, so my answer to this question is no, it can't.

And if it can't, then the original creature's “omnipotent” status doesn't correspond to reality.
