I bring to your attention the system of Yitzhak, Yitzhak Pintosevich. According to him, goals are set according to the K. O. N. E. system: specific – specific, measurable, which is important time limit !!!
A.-tangible .Here you need to work with the internal image. Imagine that: what you'll see, hear, and feel when you reach your goal.
N.-independent .If your dream will depend not only on you, then it may not be achieved simply because you will fulfill your part, and the other may not fulfill its obligations. You will not be able to change others, but yourself is quite realistic.
E.-ecological. Here you should ask yourself a question: What will I lose when I reach my goal? It can be friends, old habits. Without this, you will not be able to achieve changes. And you should be prepared for this.
C. – valuable. It should be of value to you. Not imposed by others, but important to you. Ask yourself: why is this important?
Quite an effective system !
