I will add a counter-question to the words of Ilya and Alexander: why the Bible? Why not all the other holy books?
And one more question: is it right to be a Christian without reading all the other holy books?
None of the Christians I know could pronounce the Creed. And most of them didn't understand what they were talking about. It is certainly more complex than the Muslim one, one and a half hundred words. But think about it: no one has been able to articulate exactly what they believe. For them, Christianity is just a tradition. Along with Shrovetide and New Year.

In order to have the moral right to judge the truth of a particular teaching, you must first study it thoroughly and understand it; otherwise, how can you judge something that you have no idea about? This judgment will no longer be rational, and, moreover, baseless.
As a rule, such judgments are based on bias.
Whether it is right or wrong to adhere to atheistic views is another matter.

The Bible is quite a cult action game and a great drama, but not all fantasy fans. In general, the question in its own way sounds like “Is it right to be a philologist without reading “Field Theory” (Landau)” – why should atheists read the Bible if they come to their conceptual conclusions through personal perception, which do not require instructions?
And if you read it for the sake of interest, the main thing is never to say in the presence of believers that the Bible is more boring than the Silmarillion, and the Koran does not draw in the atmosphere, as this is equated with disrespect in some countries.
