According to wikipedia, the definition of the word “philosophy” is as follows::Philosophy (Greek: φιλοσοφία, literally: love of wisdom) is a special form of knowledge of the world that develops a system of knowledge about the most general characteristics, extremely generalizing concepts and fundamental principles of reality (being) and cognition, human being, and the relationship between man and the world.

No. He's a preacher, a mystic, a spiritual leader, anything but a philosopher.
The philosopher comprehends, analyzes different concepts of the world (including his own) and doubts, without stopping there. Socrates also believed that the truth should not be imposed on the interlocutor, but only help to get it out of the mind, since the truth is already in the person.
The preacher brings his concept to the world as the main (only correct) revelation, which does not require reasoning, but only faith.
