  1. People come to God with a sincere desire and aspiration! To get more or less truthful information about Him, you can read the literature that He sent down through His Messengers. Torah, Gospel, Quran, Mahabharata and Dhammapads. This is quite enough for long and possibly productive reflections. And with communication on the search for God, it is better to be careful! Too much ignorant fanaticism.

I recommend you to get acquainted with Orthodoxy:

Christianity is the only Revealed religion…not like the others, sound teaching preserves Orthodoxy…

Yes, you can, start meeting God through Orthodoxy. Start reading the Gospel, keep the commandments and read the Holy Fathers of the Church who had the Holy Spirit to better understand them, start talking to God (praying), learn the Jesus prayer, go to Church, participate in the Mysteries of the Church, confession, communion, etc. And on this active path, you can meet God, avoid a lot of throwing around other confessions and temptations. It is very important to pray, receive Communion, and read the works of the Holy Fathers of the Church in order to know your faith. I advise you to read the history of the Orthodox Church, find out how other confessions appeared.

  3. Good day.

It all depends on which religion you are most inclined to. In Islam, it is necessary to attend a mosque, and in Judaism, a synagogue. In Hinduism, in some areas, it is possible to achieve connection with God through individual ascetic directions, as the famous Indian ascetic Ramakrishna did for example. Occultism and esotericism offer many means for individual spiritual experience. Of course, I say this from the point of view of the beliefs of these religions, and not from the position of Christianity.

From the standpoint of Christianity, the true path with God is possible only in Christianity. Of course, I am not saying that a person who lives outside of Christianity never meets God in his religious experience, but rather that much depends in part on his deeds, that is, whether they are good in essence or not.. Actually, this is a very difficult topic and can be said to be debatable, so I will not go into it here. But it is obvious that true deliverance from sin, eternal salvation, is possible only through Jesus Christ and in His Church. This is explicitly stated in the New Testament. Therefore, if you are more inclined to Christianity, then without the Church you will not be able to be baptized, you will not be able to confess and receive communion. These Sacraments are the most important in the Christian life, and without them you will not find God in your life. In other words, salvation is found in the Church.

  5. You cannot come to God through the Churches.

Of course, Churches are needed, they will teach you to pray, teach you to read and understand the Bible, and perhaps teach you some spiritual practices.

But churches can also remove you from God, for example, if the Church's teaching contradicts the Bible, or if there is sin in the Church, or even someone will personally do you harm.

So how to come to God without going to the Church.

    1. You can read and study the Bible yourself, but if something in the Bible seems incomprehensible to you, then now there are a lot of sites, a lot of videos, and a lot of books on the Internet explaining the interpretation of these incomprehensible passages of scripture (of course, these interpretations contradict themselves, and therefore you need reason and logic to understand the true interpretation).

Go deeply into yourself and into the teaching; do this constantly, for if you do this, you will save yourself and those who listen to you.

    (1 Timothy 4: 16)

    1. You can pray independently, in your own words (and not in a prayer book), and a sincere prayer is always heard by God.

Pray with all prayer and supplication in the spirit at all times, and strive for this very thing with all constancy and supplication for all the saints

    (Ephesians 6: 18)

    1. You need to repent before God, you can also do this on your own, without any Church (without repentance, you can't get salvation, which means this is a very important point).

Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out.,

    (Acts 3: 19)

    1. Of course, you need to believe in God that He exists. (You can't come to God without faith in God either.)

But without faith it is impossible to please God; for he who comes to God must believe that He exists and is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

    (Hebrews 11: 6)

There is also baptism, but if you are not going to serve God, then you don't need it.

There is such a book by John Bunyan, The Pilgrim's Progress, it says how to come to God without Churches, written in simple language, but figuratively, any smart person will understand. Read and follow this path, and then you won't need the Church.

(Of course, you still need to communicate with believers, but you can find such people in your city, or on the Internet. (Communion is not about salvation or seeking God, but it can sometimes help.)

  6. If you want to avoid churches, your question might be: “How can you achieve Spirituality without going through many churches and religions?” The answer is simple – always try to remain a Person with a capital letter, no matter the circumstances, no matter the obstacles and adversities. Then you will have Honor and Glory. And then (spiritually) you will come to God.

  7. God created one Church, just so that people would come to Him. In the Church, there are God-created sacraments that connect God and man as closely as possible. For example, in baptism, a person dresses in Christ and becomes a part of His Body. It is simply impossible to get closer to God and connect with Him more strongly.

  8. The Bible says:

“Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you …” (James 4: 8)

God will come closer to you if you take the first step. Which one? Jesus said:

“But this is eternal life, that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent” (John 17: 3).

It says how you can get closer to God and get eternal life. “let them know You, the only true God.” Accurate knowledge of the one and true God helps to get closer to him. Would you like to learn more about God from the Bible?

  9. You can do it through science. Modern physicists believe in the existence of an Idea that moves the fundamental laws of nature. Without this driving idea, the laws would never fit together in the configuration of our world. And without the agreement of these laws, the existence of matter is not possible. That is, the Bible's phrase “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was God” is confirmed by science.

  10. God created everything around us because he saw it as beautiful reliable and unique but without knowing him or seeing him we try to evaluate what is happening around us with our judgment and without sufficient knowledge on any issue our conclusions will always be untrue i.e. erroneous. To know and understand God you need a lot of knowledge the first is the Bible all books the second is knowledge on other religions and apocrypha not included in the Bible .For example, not much is said about Jesus ' mother Mary in the accepted canonical scripture, but it is very important to understand what kind of person she was-a girl brought up in piety and chastity was not afraid of the angel when he came with the good news, but with her word, as it were, obliged God to fulfill what the angel said . Without church meetings and rethinking what you have read and heard, you will never understand and gain the power of the Holy Spirit-the Comforter-for which Jesus went to suffering so that we could possess him. Study and see what it means to love others to forgive everyone how he prays for others and then what not to ask God will give you. Go for it.

  11. It is written in the Bible, ” BEHOLD, I STAND AT THE DOOR AND KNOCK.”

There is such an anecdote: Jesus comes to Ivan, stands at the door knocking. The window opens, a neighbor leans out: “Ivan is not at home, he went to church!”

    So it is here.

Everyone goes to God in different ways, although he, as an omnipotent being, can stand under people's noses and wave his hands.
