Alexander's answer is not bad in theory, but it is a failure in practice. I often made attempts to find an interesting interlocutor exactly as he described it – all failed. I can advise you to write to me, but due to modesty, I can't promise that I will be interesting.
It's quite easy to find people by their interests. You can start your search with VK groups like “looking for you”or ” overheard”. It is enough to write a couple of lines in “suggest news”, for example: I am looking for an interlocutor on philosophical topics, etc. People will write to you and you will decide whether to communicate with them or not.
