At a minimum, it is necessary to detect this irritation or any emotion in time as soon as it occurs. Then, internally determine what exactly this emotion is, and then you can just say out loud that such and such causes disgust or anger. You can say :” I'm annoyed to the teeth with the service here” or: “I'm very disappointed that you were late, because I had to wait unbearably boring.”
And finally, practice. If you do this regularly, it will be easier each time, because there is an assumption that using obscene vocabulary in this way impoverishes the active vocabulary, blunting the cognitive capabilities of the language.
