Yes, you might think that negative emotions arise from constant lack of sleep and fatigue, but this is far from the case. The negative energy that you “radiate” primarily indicates your inner anxiety.�

    Maybe there are some problems that you yourself try not to notice, but it is extremely necessary to solve them! Think about what gives you no rest, what creates heaviness and corrodes from the inside: maybe it's in your profession or in your personal life? In this case, try to change something and, who knows, maybe you will get better.
