    Stay down.

    Something will start to itch, etc. – do not react, most importantly, do not move and do not open your eyes.

  2. Breathe and unload disturbing thoughts in the truest sense. While you are replaying events in your head, thinking about something, it is difficult to fall asleep, it excites.

    Try to do nothing before going to bed, slow down, and already in bed breathe for a minute through your left nostril.�
