True and pseudo-hallucinations are fundamentally different symptoms that occur in different diseases, allowing you to distinguish schizophrenia (it is with it that pseudo-hallucinations appear) from other psychoses.

    1) True hallucinations are subjectively perceived by a person's senses. That is, he believes that he hears voices with his EARS, sees devils with his EYES, feels cockroaches crawling on his SKIN, etc. In other words, true hallucinations are within the usual range of the senses (in front of him, on himself). Examples: dragons flying around the room, devils running around, insects crawling, the taste of poison in food. A person perceives pseudo-hallucinations with his brain, soul, inner eye, stomach, etc. The object of the pseudo-hallucination may be beyond the reach of the senses. Examples: “I feel radio waves enter my brain and it vibrates…”, ” Voices sound inside my head – I can even hear the echo as they are reflected in the skull from its walls…”,” I hear entities from parallel universes…”,” I hear what Putin is thinking…”,”I can smell your aura…”.

    2) When a person experiences true hallucinations, he is sure that everyone around him also sees/hears/feels it. With pseudo-hallucinations, a person is sure that it is He who is experiencing this because of his certain special abilities or being chosen.

    3) During true hallucinations, a person behaves naturally (as if a healthy person would see the same thing): he closes his eyes, closes his ears, squints, tosses about, shakes off “insects”, runs away from “devils” and “dragons”, crawls under the blanket, hides in the closet. With pseudo-hallucinations, a person does not behave like this.

    • Hallucination is when TV shows how people die en masse on the streets in India, and when you go out on an Indian street and even visit Indian morgues and hospitals to check, compare statistics, you don't find anything like this.

    • Pseudohallucination is when you have a positive PCR test and no symptoms, but you are quarantined where you have an upset stomach from poor nutrition. After that, you get vaccinated just so you don't have to do any more PCR tests .

Hallucination is indistinguishable from reality: you see a ground squirrel, but it's not really there, you hear voices talking to you, but others don't hear anything, you smell burnt meat, but everyone else doesn't feel it, etc.

Pseudo-hallucinations are when the Martian landscape appears before your inner eye, transmitted by Martians. You hear heated arguments with your inner ear (in your head). That is, you don't have the feeling of objective reality that there are Martian landscapes around you or people are talking around you.
