I haven't tried it. The guys from DrugsLab tried it. I don't think long descriptions of effects from the encyclopedia will do much, so here's a first-hand video (there are Russian subtitles).
Nitrous oxide, or N2O, is known not only as a boost for the engine in need for speed games (in fact, everything is not as bright as in the game, and nitrous oxide does not give much acceleration, but only improves the technical operation of the internal combustion engine), but is also known as a laughing gas due to the intoxicating effect when inhaled. It is widely used in anesthesia, but not in pure form, but diluted with oxygen and other substances.
