Anything that could have killed you would have done it last time. Most likely, all the ghosts have gone howling over the heads of their executioners, not interested in your fate at all. Remember, big brother, chupocabra and maniac thieves have plenty to hunt for.

If your fears about something are not material , you need to understand that it simply does not exist, and this is all your imagination. But it's easy to say it all in words, and the brain still draws vivid pictures. I bought small lamps that plug into the socket, and slept with the light on, trying to distract myself before going to bed. I watched comedies, read something funny, talked to friends. In general, I set myself up for a favorable environment. Sometimes people even sat with me on Skype and waited for me to pass out, chatting with me.
Over time, this fear passed, I realized that there was nothing to be afraid of, or it just became a habit.
