  1. Cryogenic sleep is actually a state of death. There is no reason to believe that it is possible to bring a living being out of this state. And those organisms that can survive freezing do not dream.
    But if we assume that the brain can still be revived, and we just don't know how to do it yet, then still no. Dreams are the product of a normally functioning brain, and in a frozen state, all processes are suspended there. There is also no soul that exists separately from the brain, so in this state you will not be able to see anything.
