  2. Fear of death is an understandable instinct for self-preservation. It is suppressed either by suggestion/autosuggestion or drugs.But I would not advise you to get rid of it, because thanks to it, you are still alive and can read this answer.

  3. Specifically, in my case, the fear of death was greatly affected by thoughts of suicide. The realization that life is a pain, and death is the only relief from this pain.     I just lost the enjoyment of life and immediately after that I lost the fear of death. Is it worth it? I think so. I have become more unhappy, but I see the world as it is, I see myself without stupid illusions and hopes.     Death is cool. The fact that our game will come to an end can ignite fear inside. Say to yourself, ” to hell with it, why not try it (insert something unusual or something you've been wanting to do for a long time).” After all, our path is still finite…
