Fear of death is an understandable instinct for self-preservation. It is suppressed either by suggestion/autosuggestion or drugs.But I would not advise you to get rid of it, because thanks to it, you are still alive and can read this answer.
Specifically, in my case, the fear of death was greatly affected by thoughts of suicide. The realization that life is a pain, and death is the only relief from this pain. The same problems running in circles, the illusion of improving your life, when in fact everything remains in the same place with constant efforts to improve your life.�
I just lost the enjoyment of life and immediately after that I lost the fear of death. Is it worth it? I think so. I have become more unhappy, but I see the world as it is, I see myself without stupid illusions and hopes. Maybe someday it will be possible to get out of this “pit”, leaving everything unnecessary in it, to become happy with what I have, even if I have very little.
Which is better – to live with the constant fear of death or to die? I would choose the latter. It is very painful to be afraid of the inevitable. Now imagine, you can die at any moment in your life, even right now. Not dead? Enjoy, get high while you can. And don't be afraid of the inevitable. Death is cool. The fact that our game will come to an end can ignite fear inside. Say to yourself, ” to hell with it, why not try it (insert something unusual or something you've been wanting to do for a long time).” After all, our path is still finite…
