  1. Here is a link to a good site where the technique is described in detail and there are a huge number of stereo pictures, and most importantly, they are divided by difficulty level – sirds.ru

At first, I'll have to suffer – it took me several hours of manipulating the screen and my head to see the first bulge) And if you understand how once, then later it will be easy and even interesting. If you advise, then, for me personally, it is much easier to see the secret of a stereo picture if you squint your eyes, and also turn down the screen brightness, well, and the lighting around so that it is not strong.

As for cross-looking, the best way to learn is described here deep-life.ru

True, I did not cut out a cardboard layout, but simply took two books in my hands, left a space between them and “adjusted” the sharpness of my eyes. Good luck!)

  2. First, you need to learn how to” split ” the images that you see. To do this, it is enough to slightly reduce the eyes to the bridge of the nose.

Exercise #1. Look at your index finger, then cross your eyes so that one finger becomes two. Hold your gaze and examine the image. Then try to move and move the images apart, bring them together, and separate them again. This is a good workout for the eye muscles.

Exercise #2. Now look at the two index fingers located about 7-8 cm apart. Make your eyes double again. Now, with the same work of the eye muscles as in the first exercise, combine the two central images into one (i.e., instead of 4 fingers, you will see 3). Fix this central image of the finger and look at it, relax your eyes, gradually take a closer look, it will become clearer.

Exercise #3. Take a look at the picture krugozors.ru

Also, squint your eyes so that the 2 windows turn into 4, and then gradually bring the two central windows together into one. Wait until it looks clear and review it. This is the stereo image.

Then you can train on images that contain some large elements: vk.me

    or livejournal.com

And then you can move on to more complex ones, consisting of many elements:

The principle is always the same: to cause double vision, combine the central images, fix your gaze and see what happened.

    Good luck.
