The answer is obvious! Never, in any age, would a person write down for himself such laws that are constantly violated! This proves once again that it was God who left us the laws of morality and morals!!
There are moral norms where the proper behavior is postulated (do not kill, do not steal, do not worship other gods, an eye for an eye, etc.). There is no direct connection. A religious person may well be a scoundrel, and an atheist-a righteous person. And vice versa. Religion only advises how to live. A person makes his own decisions and is responsible for them
