This is individual for each person. As a rule, 8-9 hours is enough to get enough sleep.
With age, the need for sleep decreases, so older people often get 5-6 hours of sleep.
It also depends on what time to go to bed. If you regularly go to bed at 9-10-11 pm, then after 8 hours of sleep you will feel rested and full of energy. If you go to bed around 12 and later, then when you wake up after 8 hours of sleep, you will want to sleep.
If the normal mode of work and rest, then 8-9 hours. For me, the classic is to go to bed between 23-00 and midnight and wake up at 8-00. Unfortunately, this is not always feasible. But to get enough sleep, I definitely need more than 6 hours, at least 7, if not 8. I'm not one of those who can sleep until lunch, if I went to bed on time, but it's unrealistic for me to manage 5-6 hours.
Basic – eight (plus / minus thirty minutes). On some days, 4-5 hours may be enough, but the body will take its toll and by the end of the week it will get a little bit of shortage, or if it is not allowed to recover, it will lose productivity.
I only need 6-7 hours to get enough sleep. When I sleep more, I feel untidy.Perhaps this is just a habit, since there is no time to sleep longer and any difference from the ordinary state is poorly perceived by the body. I usually go to bed at 1,and the alarm goes off at 7.
