You don't need to build anything, you already live in your own economic system.
If you receive a salary, whether you want it or not, it is already your economic system. You can expand the boundaries of the system by investing in various tools. Or you can send funds for consumption. The choice is yours.
What do you mean, “your own”? If it is independent of the world economy, then there is only one way – socialism. The system of the world economy, aka imperialism, aka globalism, has existed since the end of the 19th century. The whole world is like one factory. Russia withdrew from this plant in 1917. Not immediately, but not the point. The USSR had its own independent economic system (in 1929, the Great Depression spread all over the world; in the USSR, the economic boom). In general, I must say to the Global economy: “Goodbye, guys! Then-without us.”
