1) Deal with the sources. What textbooks, atlases, and manuals are approved by the department and your teacher personally. Use them all.
2) It is MANDATORY to keep a summary of the seminar sessions. Sometimes you don't need to study dozens of books on anatomy – just retell what was said by the teacher.
3) Visualize everything and everything. Electronic atlases, videos, and working with drugs are required.
4) Repeat regularly. Every week, month, and year. This is not a subject of the “passed-forgot” category, it is necessary for all doctors throughout their practice.
5) Make it a joy. Let anatomy become an interesting subject for you. Let it be an educational challenge, not a heavy burden. Don't go chasing credit, go chasing knowledge.
Your bones and joints should be on schedule right now, which is pretty boring. To properly master the material, you just sit down with an atlas and learn all the furrows, processes, pits on the bones, if possible, it would be good to work with the preparations themselves, but I practically did not do this, there was enough atlas. There is a cool program in the AppStore-essential skeleton 4, a free application, you can turn a separate bone and see it in 3D. The difficulty is also that you need to know all these things in Latin, I advise you to learn them in Latin right away, at first it's inconvenient, but then you get used to it.
