Not advertising, but still Wikium is a good site for developing logical and mathematical skills. And 140 characters that annoy everyone!!!!!!!!!

Study the algebra of logic – this is just the science that helps to organize thoughts and statements. Learn math, at least a school course. The proof of theorems is a perfect example of unambiguous logic that does not try to run out of casuistry. And read good books.

Read more good scientific (popular science) and philosophical books. Over time, you will naturally begin to understand how to use your mind effectively and discover the connections between ideas, because that is the essence of the text. The text reflects the thought process that the author went through and you will have to go through.

The second option, which of course does not exclude the first, is to study the basic logic and principles of scientific thinking. There are such books.
