Quite possibly. There are some fairly effective techniques. For example, mnemonics, an associative method. Or the “memory palace” technique, which, by the way, was used by the main character in the famous TV series “Sherlock”.

I will not describe in detail how these techniques work. It is important to know that if you regularly follow certain algorithms, you can significantly and in a short time improve your memory.

And as literature, I recommend reading the book “Einstein walks on the Moon”. The book tells you how to improve your memory in a non-boring and popular language.

Well, in a short time it is unlikely to work))this requires a comprehensive approach…in general, everything is individual…my memory has noticeably improved after about a month of daily memorizing rhymes and a course of triple omega-3( from evalar). By the way, I can recommend such tools…maybe you can even do it faster)
