  1. in fact, from a lot of things, for example, from the emotions experienced, and they may not be today's but a year ago.. (because of this, sleep may be disturbed)
    from what you watched before going to bed, or read, who you talked to recently
    , and even what temperature you have in your room (below 17 degrees is not recommended – I can have nightmares)
    depends on what time you ate: before going to bed(insomnia / indigestion/bad dreams) or as it should be 3-4 hours before bedtime
    just because of how well you feel
    yes, even from the full moon ( I can't fall asleep when the moon is full without an eye mask)
    and of course from the physiological state of the body (nervous system, digestion, etc.)
