  1. What's it like for you? In Gestalt therapy, there is a concept of “introject”. This is essentially someone else's experience, imposed on you, something that you do not chew, swallow. Basically, what you're doing here right now is being interested, as if it's like trying to be aware, but you're still looking for someone else's experience. and if you try to rely on yourself. What do you think about it?

  2. I don't agree in any way ! Personally, my opinion is based on my life experience, on my personal understanding of this process. Personally, I think “planning” to one degree or another is like looking “with one eye” into the future – an hour, a day, a week, etc.ahead. Even in the course of one day, we are constantly planning something. If you want it, it means you planned it. Even what exactly to eat for dinner and then a kind of planning. If you have planned something, you can plan it, and then follow it to the planned goal-result. Accordingly, overcoming obstacles, resolving unexpected situations – problems. Looking for the best options for the path to the set-planned goal-result. It's so Beautiful ! This is LIFE ! Accumulation of life experience. And “living one day” without any plans for the future, even for a day, a week, a month, etc. is so boring. This is just my opinion and that's all.

  3. Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow, nor reap, nor gather into barns; and your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you much better than them? (Matthew 6: 26)

this quote is used in opposite cases, and when they want to say that plans are not needed, God will already give what is needed .. and in the opposite case, when they say that people should plan because birds are better …

in sowing, the harvest is already laid in training, the salary is already laid (Chinese teaching)

and here it says that when making plans, a person puts himself in fetters, having done something for the future, he determines it and can no longer deviate from the plan for which he has already spent his strength.

at all times, in all philosophies, from Christian to Chinese, the question of capturing a person by himself through ties to the worldly was raised, and the construction of plans is one of such ties, along with the accumulation of wealth, family relations, etc. .. and the value of this captivity was determined by the individual.. somewhere as stability and significance, and somewhere as burden and constraint ..

probably every person should determine for himself what is more important for him personally .. whether to have a clear plan or live one day at a time .. both options have pros and cons in a global sense, but for a specific life, it is quite possible to choose one thing that will be more significant.

  4. I partially agree. There are people who live only in the future and do not think about the present. When this future arrives (if of course it has still become what they imagined it to be), then usually a person is not as full of energy as before. Plus, it is often a deception that there will be happiness far in the future. There is a good film “Peaceful Warrior”on this topic.

Others who live in the present day are usually left with nothing in their old age. So it's better to enjoy where you are now, but also take care of the future.
