  1. During the disease, the breakdown products of viruses/bacteria and their own cells have a toxic effect on various structures of the body, including the brain. Therefore, a sick person experiences weakness, fatigue, headache and drowsiness. Sleep is a “product” created by our brain . And when its work is disrupted by all sorts of toxic agents, not only strange dreams, but also hallucinations are natural. That is why during the illness it is recommended to drink plenty of water. Together with the liquid, waste products and decay of cells and microorganisms are removed from the body.

  2. When the disease occurs intoxication of the body. And toxins can affect the activity of nerve cells or the connections between them. Increased temperature also has an effect on nervous activity. One way or another, in a poisoned body, nervous excitements can pass through different channels than in a healthy one.

When we are awake, our consciousness suppresses erroneous impulses even before a strange thought occurs to us. It can be difficult for us to concentrate when we are ill, but our brain protects itself from complete delirium (up to certain limits).

In dreams, however, semantic control is weakened, so unusual impulses reach our perception in the form of “strange dreams”.

  3. The main thing as they say, but okay…

During the temperature, I start to dream of all sorts of shapes, they increase, then sharply decrease, they can just dream of distorted colors.I know there's nothing wrong with that, but it's kind of creepy, and it also happens that I'm in a normal state and have nightmares.I see, for example, a terrible face-I wake up from fear and see it somewhere on the wall, well, or wherever I look from sleep.Like some glitches .Can this be explained in any way?Thank you in advance.
