  1. Heat – an increase in the ambient temperature.The body needs to somehow respond to this increase, in fact, to level the change in this temperature around. And our body acts in this way-it slows down physiological processes, therefore, the body releases less energy in the form of heat and the body heats up less. A side effect of slowing down all processes is fatigue and lethargy, which we see in hot weather.
