This is a very good question, given that since the mid-nineteenth century, various thinkers and philosophers have been predicting the rapid demise of capitalism as a system. However, capitalism has shown itself to be an extremely flexible and tenacious idea, capable of rapid adaptation to new conditions and able to adopt the best of ideas that were initially opposed to capitalism. For example, in response to communist criticism of the unfairness of capitalist society, the idea of a socially responsible state was adopted under the control of which income is redistributed and the poor are supported.
For this reason, I cannot say when and from what capitalism will “perish”. Nor can I say what capitalism will be like at this point.
