EACH PERSON IS A gOD (WITH A SMALL LETTER). Each person believes that he is in charge here, that he knows how to arrange everything fairly, etc.

Absolutely forgetting at the same time that he is sitting on a ball that is spinning at a speed of 100 m sec (!). And no one can control not only what this movement is, but even the movement of biochemical processes in their brain.

That is, a person is a virtual god. That's how he feels. Religion believes that this amazing self-confidence is potential. That there is a channel in a person's soul that connects them to Someone who gives them such unfounded self-confidence. This is how the idea of God appears.

The idea of evolution also suggests that jump-like formations

matter-life-man -??? they require the presence of an external “enzyme” or “Force of Evolution”in this process. He is above everything, beyond everything. This is God with a capital letter.

???”this is the next form of being. No one knows what it is. Christianity believes that this will be a kind of spirit mother. And people will be part of this”Force of Evolution” -God.

A lot of people-gods is a mess. There must be only one Creator God. And people are partakers of It.

No. Because they always prove the presence of something, not the absence. If I say that there is a duck with a typewriter on the moon, then you will demand proof, and not run to prove the opposite. With God also.

Plus, proving the presence of something is much easier than proving its absence.

Yes, there is a God. The only true living God, as Jesus Christ calls Him, addressing him in prayer:”…may they know You, the only true God…”(John 17: 3). The Bible says that He created the universe and the entire physical world and people out of love. Because I wanted a lot of happy people to be around him. Now it is difficult for people to understand everything that God does:

“He hath made all things beautiful in their season, and hath put peace in their hearts, though man cannot comprehend the works that God does, from beginning to end” (Eccl 3:11). Yet you can learn a lot about Him from the Bible:

“For all that can be known of God is manifest to them (men), because He has revealed it to them; for his invisible things, his eternal power and divinity, have been visible from the foundation of the world by looking at creatures, so that they are unrequited” (Rom 1: 19,20). People have nothing to answer if they are not interested in God, do not want to learn about Him. It is necessary to learn, because the world around us, with its flora and fauna, is too unique! It couldn't have appeared by accident… and we are not descended from monkeys (not a single monkey in the last 2000 years has become a human). We are imbued with intelligence, conscience – we are proof that God exists. Everyone who is intelligent and grateful will know the truth about God, and the truth about Him is only in the Bible.

“From one blood He made the whole human race to dwell on the whole face of the earth, having appointed predestined times and limits for their habitation. That they may seek God, whether they feel Him or find Him, even though He is not far from each of us: for by him we live and move and have our being “(Acts 17: 26-28).

Of course, there is the universe, life, and people. No blind element can create such perfection. In addition, there is a part of God in each of us – our conscience.

    Hello, Nastya.

Who is God? This is the Creator and Provident of the world.

What do you mean – the creator? It means created, created out of nothing. Orthodox Christians believe that God created the world in such a way that without God there is no world at all. God created the world. And why or why did you create it? It is difficult for Us, His creatures, to talk about the purposes and causes of our Lord. God is Love. He wants to have creatures that He loves, and they are His. That's why I created it. God is eternal, immortal, all-content, and all-blessed. He doesn't need anything. He has everything. Only His love was revealed in the creation of the world.

And what does it mean – a provident? So, caring, helping. God, by His Providence, preserves the creature (all that He has created and all those He has created), gives it (the creature) all that is necessary for life; promotes all that is good, pure and reasonable, and everything contrary to it stops or corrects and turns to good consequences.

But if God created the world, He is All-powerful, All-wise, and good; whatever He wills, He can do, and no word will fail Him; He knows all things, and nothing is hidden from Him; He loves and cares for His whole creation, as a father cares for his children.

And what do we call ourselves in relation to God? Who are we to Him? We are His servants, for He created us and we live only by His mercy to us. After all, everything that we have, the Lord gave us. He also protects us from all misfortunes and misfortunes.

And Who is God to us? He is our Lord (Lord, Master, King and Master). But the Lord doesn't want it that way. He says, ” I will be a father to them, and they will be sons and daughters to Me.” Therefore, according to the word of His Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, we say prayer:

Our heavenly Father! May Your Name be holy and glorified! May Your Kingdom come! Let everything be according to Your will on earth, as it is in Heaven! Give us now what we need! And forgive us for our grievances to You, just as we forgive those who have grieved us! And do not let us be tempted, but on the contrary deliver us from all evil! For Thine is the Kingdom and the Power and the Glory forever. So be it! (in Russian)

But as for your question, it is our spiritual darkness that has overtaken us! We are so lost in our sins that we no longer see or hear our Lord! And some madmen even thought: maybe there is no God? And now we are standing in perplexity and ask: what should we do? How do you know if there is a God? How can I verify its existence?

It is not easy for a person to do this. If the Lord Himself does not go out to seek His children who have gone astray, who will guide them to the path of truth? They will die!

And so the Lord, when He saw that people did not remember Him, their Life-Giver, Creator and Provident, sent prophets into the world who announced God to people and urged them to keep their faith in the Lord. They wrote books, which then pious people gradually collected into the Bible. But other people were angry with the prophets of God and drove them out from among themselves, and many of them were beaten or killed…

The devil, who taught the first people to sin and reject their Lord, and then drove them to despair and did not allow them to repent (and the Lord is merciful and forgives those who repent), he is still trying to destroy the Church of God, to deceive people that there is no God, but only matter, nature, people in it, who were created by themselves and live on the earth,.. He also created many different sects and false doctrines, so that if people want to come to the faith, they will confuse them and prevent them from returning to the Lord.

But what about the Lord? The Lord bound the devil and his servants with the bonds of infernal darkness. The Lord sent to earth His Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, who redeemed us from ancient sin on the Cross by His death, rose from the dead and gave us all eternal life. But everyone has to work for their own salvation. In order to believe and be baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. The Lord created His Church on earth, and sent the Holy Spirit upon His disciples-the Apostles-so that they would not lose their faith and life any more. And now the Church of Christ is the door of salvation for all who wish. The Church is the pillar and foundation of truth.

Those who live the church life are with God. He feels the Hand of God on him. It is impossible to find God by earthly means, nor to see His Providence. But those who live in a Christian way will eventually gain spiritual vision. In this way, he can see the justice of God's destinies, which are incomprehensible to the worldly mind. So, come to the Church! Be baptized or repent if you have already been baptized! Live according to the statutes and commandments of the Lord, and you will see the Lord in your heart.

But now there is a great temptation. The sons of men have learned many secrets of the universe, have invented many mechanisms and machines, have learned to overcome diseases, and already think with a vain mind about immortality, which is granted only by the Lord in the future life. And they think of themselves that they do not need God, and their knowledge and skills “prove” that there is no God at all… And those who are inexperienced in the faith are deceived by such words and believe those scientists and philosophers, as if they are telling the truth and there is no Lord… And they do not know that the devil is behind these philosophers and scientists, and with their help turns people away from the faith and makes them worthy of eternal destruction…

And we should have laughed at these absurd attacks of a senseless creature on its Creator and simply left them as if they were intended. But the temptation is great: many people believe in science more than in the Church. Therefore, we Christians should also say something about this.

Think about it, Nastya! Can a book write itself? No! Without a storyteller there is no fairy tale, without a poet there are no poems, without an artist there are no paintings. But where is the storyteller? In a book? No. And where? He lives in his own house. A book is a small world created by man. But there is no storyteller in this world. However, the fairy tale was not written by itself, but the storyteller wrote it. And there is no artist in the picture. The picture is also a small world created by man. And the painting didn't appear by itself because a can of paint fell on it from the shelf, but because the artist painted it.

Let's go further. Let's look at the house. Who built it? Maybe a pile of rocks fell and the house collapsed? No. When the stones fall, everything is destroyed. It was the builder who built the house, he put the stones correctly, and now the house is beautiful, suitable for living. And if the house is left without care and repair? Then it will eventually collapse and turn into a pile of stones, as after a rockfall. So entire cities after terrible epidemics turned into piles of ruins. There can't be a city without builders and trustees.

So the gardens and fields are overgrown with forest, tamed animals go wild. Even people who have no upbringing become like wild animals. Human societies and states, left without law and order, turn into herd-like formations, people become the prey of robbers.

So our world did not create itself. The All-wise Lord created our world and takes care of it. He measured everything carefully and gave everything its own law, so that nothing happens in a world without law and order. The laws that scientists find are God's words about the world.

And what does science say? If at least one quantity describing the laws of nature were slightly different, man would not be able to exist (an anthropomorphic principle of modern science). God cares about His beloved creation – man. Everything is made for man. A person receives the image of God at birth and directs everything according to the will of the Lord. That is why man succeeds in conquering nature, because the Lord wants it. Do not be proud, O man, but give thanks to your Creator! By his life, a person must acquire the likeness of God – become like God-kind, reasonable, just. And all this is possible only in humility, in submission to your Lord, who created everything for you, man!

What else can science say? No system can add or subtract energy to itself, except from the side, in contact with an external force (The First Law of Thermodynamics). This is how God manifests a third-party power for the world. God is not a part of the world, He is its Creator!

Further, any system left to its own devices falls into chaos (the Second Law of Thermodynamics). Yes! Everything without care perishes and is destroyed. And a person, when he stops looking after himself, dissolves both morally and physically.

What else can we say? Why do we have a craving for the good, for the truth, for the beautiful? Has evolution helped? In the world of natural selection, the strong kill the weak, as we see in animals. And we feel sorry for people. Why? Why do we give what we have to help others? Especially strange is the self-sacrifice of one person for the sake of saving others. What haven't the philosophers of theoretical ethics come up with to explain this kind of love?

Also, we're on our own! Are you feeling all right, Nastya? Who are you? What are you? If matter gave birth, then we are only robots living according to the program of nature! Is the robot alive? Does he feel it? Does he think for himself or is it a program? I think the program. After all, if we make robots that are very similar to our loved ones, they will not replace them for us! Just as photos and tape recordings give us the memory of those who have passed away or just left, but they do not replace our loved ones! So, man is a person, a living soul created by God! If we have a sense of ourselves, a desire for truth and goodness, and see a wonderful order around us, even though it was broken by sin that entered the world, will we doubt God?

And anyone who wants to see God must understand that God is not seen by carnal eyes, not for the eyes of the experienced. Humble souls see God in their hearts. Christ said in the Sermon on the Mount: “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God “(Matthew 5). Live, man, on an oath, do good deeds and pray to God! Attend the divine services established by the Lord through bishops and priests, and the Lord will come to you. He Himself said: here I stand at the door of the heart and knock. If anyone opens it to Me, I will come to him and sup with him (Revelation 3). Then you will see the justice of the ways and destinies of God, which are inaccessible to worldly research, but are revealed to the best of what is possible for man by the Lord in due time.

So, dear Nastenka, I would like to wish you to come to the Lord and never leave Him again. Where God is, there is life, love, and freedom. And without God, the darkness and cold of Hell.

    May the Lord help you!
