In my understanding , this is what is considered to be the basis of religiosity, but at the same time, in fact, you can be spiritual, but an atheist. I believe that spirituality manifests itself in certain virtues-respect for all life on Earth, respect for the right to life, a certain philosophical expanded view of the world, where it is important to be kind, ready for self-sacrifice, enjoy pleasant little things, like a breeze on a hot day, or a ray of sun breaking through the clouds in cloudy weather. For a spiritual person, life is full of meaning in itself in all its manifestations. A spiritual person can therefore feel art subtly.
Spirituality is what sets us apart from less developed cattle, not what makes us related to them. ож Leader-herd – a single ideology / teaching – this is for macaques, cows, and fish. �”Obeyed orders”, “Teaching demands” – condemned by Nuremberg as unworthy of the title of reasonable. �”God ordered”? – yes, this is generally for psychiatry.

There is a so-called Maslow's pyramid of needs. It is divided internally into seven levels. By analogy with the seven main human chakras.
