I am seven years old, I am with my grandparents in the village on vacation. Outside-summer is in full swing, the sun is baking. I am happy, with a wet head, I go home with my grandmother from the river, go into the yard and cheerfully shout: “Grandfather, I learned to swim!”.
I even remember the date-June 27. How much does a child need to be happy?
To be honest, I hardly remember my childhood. Only some flashes and then quite faded. One of the strongest impressions is a trip on the Volga through the night of St. Petersburg. It was an incredible adventure. I am about 5 years old, we were visiting, and my grandmother's friend decided to take us home. I don't think I've ever taken a taxi before. I look out the window and yellow streetlights flash overhead.
