The purpose of life is apparently something that we should leave behind, and this “that” should become a possible goal for other generations. Creative effort is the noblest goal of every human being in this world.
I'll give you my opinion. This time it's not my own. I don't remember whose name it was. but I liked it. The goal of every person's life is to answer three questions. “Who am I?”Why me?” “What will happen to me after I die?”. It doesn't matter what the answers are. The main thing is that a person accepts them with his whole being. I thought, ” Yes! That's exactly what I think. That's exactly right.” Having answered these questions, a person can continue to engage in absolutely any business in life – the one to which his soul lies. Most likely, this case will follow logically from the answers to these questions. And whatever he does afterward, it will all work out well for him. Unless, of course, he was lying…
Live it the way you want, don't you?
Without tormenting myself with the fact that someone has it more interesting, and I just try to find my own path and follow it no matter what.
Everyone has their own path and their own goals in life, so do not think that people have one goal for everyone, do not fall under the influence of others.
There's nothing more to say, I guess.
Now it is already clear that humanity has no purpose in life. The main part of humanity is the simplest primitive consumers. Even by the fact that the bulk of humanity consumes in the box, you can understand that there is humanity. But there are only a few creators, and consumers chew ( in the broadest sense of the word ) and wait for what the creators will give them. Creators do not create to solve the problems of humanity . Creation is their life. People can also be divided into shopkeepers and creators. Shopkeepers use the work of creators and sell the work of creators to consumers. Everything is much more primitive than humanity imagined. And if Fyodor Mikhalych had been born in our time, he probably would not have dissected the human soul, as he did in the 19th century.
Just enjoy life and enjoy the little things, solve your problems and achieve your goals. And in ot to what goal to go-each person chooses for himself
It is possible that the goal of human life, at least, is to become this very person (I was recently reminded of this). Just because you were born in human form doesn't mean much. I believe that one should strive to know oneself, but knowing oneself lies through the world, one should try to contact it. Knowing the world will lead to knowing yourself (I remember this phrase from childhood, I really like it). Challenge yourself, improve in everything. There are no unanswered situations and unanswered questions, everyone decides for themselves what to believe and what not to believe. The most important thing is to remain a person, and in general, to deserve to be called one.
The purpose of life is to make you do what you do. The purpose of life is to live, reproduce, breathe, survive. Everything you do is already laid down, you are walking on a rammed road. Thousands of generations before you lived and died in order to transfer the main players of life – our genes-inside their bodies.
And you, the one who asks this question, are essentially just consciousness, perhaps it's not even you who control your body, it's just that the brain subsequently puts you in front of the fact of the action that happened (newrezume.org).
Perhaps there are no goals in this life. In our culture, it is customary to explain to children that everything exists for some purpose, most often one. The sun is needed to warm up, but it turns out the opposite, we are the consequence of this sun, if it did not exist, then such a question would not arise.
We are here because it is most likely just energetically beneficial. And according to this principle, everything exists around.
I think that there is no” high meaning ” in human life. In a person's life, the main thing is impressions, emotions and ….. enjoyments. I'm not talking about those primitive pleasures like alcohol, sex, food, sleep. And about the enjoyment of … everything in my life. From your favorite job, from a pleasant walk by the sea, from scratching the cat's stomach, from watching your favorite movie, from hobbies, from everything. Why do you write and read TheQ now-because you like it (learn new things, discuss, express your opinion, share your experience. Communication, information). Why wear sneakers instead of running shoes because you like it. Almost any activity (except for forced ones) can be reduced to the rating “like” = pleasure. Even if in the first place the question ” Why are you doing this?” Something like “It boosts your self-esteem”or “I feel so comfortable”comes to mind. Want = pleasure.
This conclusion is drawn from personal experience. For a person with depression, life seems meaningless. Because everything he's done before doesn't get him high, and it doesn't bring him any pleasure at all. There is no internal source of motivation, no desire or sense to wake up every day. So he thinks about suicide.
Further, the vision of meaning is based on priorities and preferences: family, career, charity, etc.It is difficult for a person to recognize that he was not born for something specific. Therefore, everyone puts their own meaning.
I have read all the answers, but I would venture to disagree with any of them. First, let's look at the dictionary: what is a goal? By definition: a goal is the end result that the process is intentionally aimed at. Of course, this is not the only possible definition, but I think I'll take it. So, let's now answer the question by paraphrasing it using the definition. What is the end result of human life? From a biological point of view – in the continuation of the genus, but still a person can live quite a long life after the loss of reproductive function. So, offspring may be one of the goals, but not the main one, not the final one.
Let's look at a couple of examples to better understand what I'm getting at. A person went to school to get a secondary education. The goal of the school is secondary education. Let's continue the chain. The goal of the university is higher education. The purpose of higher education is to help you find employment. The goal of the work is income. The purpose of income is a comfortable existence, ensuring an appropriate level in society. And so you can continue for quite a long time. It turns out that the goal of a conscious action or a series of actions is something that these very actions must necessarily lead to in the end. But back to the basics, what is the purpose of life? And what do we have at the end of every life, not just human? Correctly. Death. We live to die. It doesn't matter who you are in your life, who you were, who you became, how much you earned, how much you helped people. It doesn't matter in the end, it will take the nth amount of time and all this will sink into oblivion. It will be forgotten. This is only important as long as you exist. While your life is moving towards its ultimate goal-death. After death, it absolutely does not matter for you, for your life. This can play a role for a certain period of time for others. But not for you. Accept it. Your life's purpose is to die. This is unavoidable, but you still need to live your life with dignity, so that you can influence someone in the most positive way after it, despite the fact that the meaning of life is to die. It sounds sad, not very encouraging, but for me it is.
P.S.
You can disagree with me for as long as you want, this is my opinion, I see the answer to the question as such and nothing more.
P.P.S.
As one of the greatest Russian philosophers and literary critics Vasily Vasilyevich Rozanov said:
“Maybe we live all our lives to deserve a grave”
First, let's analyze the wrong answers!
Although, probably, 99 % of people will answer the question “what is the meaning of life” exactly like that, because they also don't know what it is! :))
1)The meaning of life is in children!
And why not in the children, you may ask!Yes, because!
Just think: Masha had a little daughter. And Masha decided to name her daughter Katya. Beautiful name! But before Katya was born, Masha had no meaning in life. None at all! More precisely, no, it was: to give birth to Katya. All 35 years Masha lived only to give birth to Katya. And now she finally has the meaning of life: to raise and raise her beloved daughter (or son, whatever you want). But what will happen when Katya grows up? When she's 21 years old and finally says, ” Mom, that's enough! Masha will lose the meaning of her life again!
It turns out that so.
The child is only a tactical (intermediate) goal, but not the main, strategic one.
2)What does it matter what the meaning of life is?Don't worry.Just live and DON't think about it!
And what, also an option! Indeed, what difference does it make what is the meaning of a person's life?
Live for yourself and live! If you die, then maybe the guys with white wings will finally explain what the meaning was. And they will set a credit or non-credit… Well, like at the institute, remember? 🙂 And then they will be sent back to Earth for a retake, but in a different body, in a new incarnation, to a new family… To some popuas in the jungle. And all over again in a new way: again to be born, to scream, to suck a tit, to learn to walk… And then, one day, when the Sun is at its zenith, warming the earth with its warm rays, you will be devoured by some sable-toothed tiger in the bushes, where you went for a little while. And again to heaven, welcome to heaven, to the admissions committee with its battered test card from former incarnations! Just a Samsara circle of some sort!
3)Meaning of a person's life = power, sex and money.
Well, for such chosen meanings of life, just put zeros (0) and ones (1) in the heavenly chancellery angels in white coats. Just some kind of kindergarten! He amused his ego under the name personality, playing the illusion of his power over the world, well, or power over 5 janitors from the HOA. Who has what power… Small, medium and large businesses. Politics. I spent 20 years building my own empire, and then the power changed and everything fell apart like a house of cards in a few months. And after all, if this business was the whole meaning of life, then, in fact, there is no need to live any further! Alcohol, anger, an accident… and write it off again in the expense column!
So, the correct answer to the question. But first, let's find out who this person is.There is a physical shell, a material object of the dense plane of existence of matter. Hands, feet, head, stomach, lungs, rectum, bones, and heart. But what distinguishes the dead from the living? It seems to be the same set of organs. But something is already missing in this set.Right! The soul, more precisely, a subtle-material object that connects with the physical body (biological carrier) throughout life. And the Soul or the Spirit? What's the difference? Let's look at how all this is interconnected. The human body is surrounded by an energy envelope (in other words, an aura or biofield). These are objects of the astral plane of existence of matter. On the human aura (biofield), you can distinguish zones of energy concentrations, which are called chakras. There are 7 of them.
The energy shell of a person is enclosed in a cocoon of an emotional shell, which feeds the energy shell. Therefore, the more often a person rejoices, the denser and larger his energy envelope and the less he gets sick, since there is a direct relationship between the state of human health and the density and size of his energy envelope. “Jupiter, you're angry, so you're wrong.”
Then, after the emotional shell, there are the intellectual and software shell structures.Oh, by the way, the state of energy, any chakral distortions can be measured. It looks like this:
Any material object propagates in outer space at a finite speed of C. Well, you may remember this from the course of school and institute physics, who attended it 🙂 Einstein also described this in his theory of relativity. What does the theory of relativity and the meaning of human life have to do with it, you may ask. The answer is further.
So, the physical body and the thinly material shell structure of a person propagates in outer space at the speed of C. And according to the theory of relativity, in this case, the material object loses its dimensions in the direction of the propagation axis. The whole thing degenerates into a disk.
The soul of a person is a set of disks (states of a person) for each quantum of time lived from the point of birth. It records all the stresses, all the emotions of a person.
And it can be measured! Yes, yes, you heard right. The human soul-the object of the mental plane of existence of matter-can be measured! This is what we do regularly when someone comes to a consultation with their own problems. We take a picture of the mental body and look for all the stresses in the past that affect a person's present and help them “turn them off”, rewrite them in their past on the lifeline. It looks like this:
So what is the meaning of life? But here's the thing…The soul, the mental body of a person, spreads over the surface of the Spirit. Spirit is an object of the following order: it belongs to the causal plane of existence of matter. It contains information about the past incarnations of a person, about the experience of all past lives. It looks like this:
This is the very record book that the celestial chancellery looks at spherical objects of the Causal plane of existence of matter and above, which some call angels. We call them Curators. Because they constantly monitor the embodied person and give him hints. The only question is whether he hears them or clings only to his identity: I, I, I, the homing head… 🙂
Spirit, by the way, can also be measured. Not with a ruler, of course!Find in it managing stresses and programs, both in the current incarnation (Soul), and in the past. By the way, a person's gender can change from incarnation to incarnation. Many problems of sexual self-identification are connected with this, when a person's consciousness still hears its previous incarnation, but is already in a biological carrier of the opposite sex.
So what is the meaning of human life?In order to develop as many layers of your Spirit as possible during the current incarnation and smooth its surface as much as possible due to positive emotions from tasks/problems that arise on the road of a person's life. The spirit is the invisible master who leads a person through life, helps and protects him or, on the contrary, slaps his ass! And he has to spank oh, so often. Because otherwise a person does not hear, or rather does not want to hear. After all, many people start to think, turn on their heads and change only when they feel bad!
  Something like that…
It is about gaining experience, learning something new every time, overcoming obstacles, learning “life lessons” that everyone has their own, and summing up the results in old age. And, as Lana del Rey puts it, “we are born to die” (:
Life is a test. Everyone's goal is to pass it.
After all, there won't be a 2nd chance . Namely: do not harm yourself and others, read Namaz , believe in Allah . And who is not a Muslim, accept Islam (If the Heart commands): D.
I don't have it. At all. People just appeared, you were just born. And then it's up to you to decide what to do with your life. Live for yourself or others, stay on the Internet 24/7, well, or don't live, so forgive me Rosmemnadzor.
From the point of view of biology – to maintain and increase the number of species, possibly introducing useful mutations in the population. We're just animals, a collection of genes that want to reproduce themselves.
And if in addition – the one that you will determine for yourself. Life is a series of connections, processes, psychological, social, chemical, physical (and here I'm talking about van der Waals and hydrogen bonding), etc. It all depends only on the point of view from which to view the goal. But it's up to you to choose in the end.
Even becoming worm food is also a goal, although it is achieved later. Fuckin ' reducers
Since only a person is able to ask such a question, it means that only he is able to give an answer to it. This means that everyone can ask themselves this question and answer it themselves. Trying to find some common answer for the entire species, especially when arguing at the level of biology, means emphasizing your own inadequacy as a person.
In prinzpie, everyone chooses a goal according to their desires and opportunities in life. But the common goal for all of us is the well-being of humanity as a whole, because we can't survive alone anyway.
The idea that “a big goal should lie outside of life” is, in principle, reasonable. Because in any case, something will remain after us, and we need to take care that the good remains. But it is clear that if you have a long-term goal, you need to determine the path to it, setting many intermediate goals along the way, so that each time you can check whether you are moving correctly and what you have already achieved.
