Another name is Zeno's quantum paradox. The philosopher says that any thing either stands still or moves. But nothing is in motion if the occupied space is equal in extent to it. At a certain point, the moving arrow is in one place. So it doesn't move. Simplicius formulated this paradox in a short form: “A flying object occupies an equal place in space, and what occupies an equal place in space does not move. Therefore, the arrow is at rest.”
