Low level of material life of a significant part of the population, imperfect laws and their obvious focus on protecting the interests of the ruling class, the costs of education in the family and school, a moral crisis, tolerant attitude to violators of the Law, and in some cases encouragement of violators, inefficient work of law enforcement agencies, low legal culture of citizens, criminalization of the authorities and a large part of society, clearly unfair distribution of income among participants in public production, impunity for major corrupt officials, problems with employment, especially in rural areas, youth leisure activities that the state does not actually engage in, and much , much more.

  2. I think that they do not become criminals, but rather are born potential criminals, then it just opens up for everyone in different ways, to a different extent. There are those who try to fight these manifestations in themselves, and someone succumbs to them and voila. And then, there are different crimes – there are criminal crimes, legal, moral, moral, crimes against humanity, ideological crimes, and all this blooms in our world in full bloom and has always bloomed.�
