Want a proven method that is guaranteed to get you customers?
Here it is-start helping people. You don't need a brilliant website, impressive reviews, and a bunch of regalia to help. All this is just distracting.
If you don't know who you could help, then start answering people's questions here or on social networks, it doesn't matter.
The main thing is to shift your focus from you and what you want to get from people to others and what you can give.
Most people want to get something. Your task will be to give.
And I'm not even saying to help a person become your client.
Help for help's sake. Help them make their life better.
You will be surprised, but this level of attention and care and focus on the person will attract people to you. It is very rare to meet people who seek to help us without asking for anything in return.
You can then invite the person to call and offer them your services as a psychologist, if you see that it will be useful for them. But first, try to help him.
And I'm not talking about altruism.
If you don't take money, you will stop doing it and the world will lose a psychologist. No one will win.
But first you should strive to help and give, and only then, if you see that a person will benefit from working with you, then as a professional psychologist, offer them your services.
I myself went through several stages of customer search, which I described in this article. You may find it useful:

Finally, think about who you will have more interest and sympathy and desire to work with — someone who wants to get you as a client by all means, or who sincerely wants to help you?
Often we love one thing and do something completely different.
The easiest way is to create an Instagram blog or Telegram channel. The services of psychologists and coaches are very much in demand now. If you already have a blog, you can “comb” it properly and launch a target. If you need help with blog creation and targeting behavior, please contact us.
I am not a psychologist, but I periodically read blogs/websites of various specialists. Alternatively, I noticed that now many psychologists have their own Instagram accounts, where they post short articles and conduct broadcasts. You can also hold free webinars where you can offer your services. There is also the B17 website, where you can pre-consult a client for free and invite them to a normal consultation.
In social networks, such as Instagram, VK, subscribe to people who have psychologists as friends. Leave your expert opinion in the comments.
Any private consulting services can be promoted through thematic communities – forums, groups, etc. It is important to spare no effort at the start. If you offer services for free for a certain period of time, you can get honest recommendations from free customers in the community and after a while start adding paid ones to the free ones. Well, gradually completely replace the second with the first. I had a similar successful experience with private lessons.
