  1. The idea of a good psychologist. – Cold Dynamics (one of the countless schools of practical psychology) has its Full Potential.

This is the kind of you that exists forever, has all the power and desire to help you.

In fact, this is quite obviously a certain idea of the ideal self, your own subpersonality under your skull cover, to which you can turn for advice, support, etc.

But the guy – who was my first teacher in practical psychology (self-taught, very deep, I saw the results of his work with clients; however, I certainly studied at the psychology faculty, and read, and went to various training courses: he is not a “guru” at all)… – So, this guy said a completely freaky idea: why don't you choose your Full Potential as your God? – Well, if you really believe in some God, then the most reasonable thing is to believe in This One!)))

I have never seen anything more beautiful in terms of God-seeking/God-building before or later.

    Indeed.

If ever zvezdanet believe in Yourself!)))))

    And so…

You see, it's an old idea that a child can't be both obedient and independent at the same time. An adult, too.

And the obedient one can endlessly change confessions and sects, and guryevs. Listen to this, or that, or that… The concept doesn't change.

Independence – freedom and responsibility. Then neither gods, nor Gurus, nor duty, nor guilt, nor forgiveness… Why…?..

  2. Go in from the wrong end ) Religion and Divinity don't need to be sought out – they need to be created.

All the most socially and commercially successful projects were based not on God-seeking, but on God-building: from Gorky's idea of the proletariat as the new God-bearer to Hubbard's Scientology.

And everything you can find has long been monetized without you )

  3. Learn about the various teachings. You can start with general information, Wikipedia articles, and popularizing authors. Then view the canonical sources accepted within each teaching. In order not to get lost in various ideas and traditions, you should rely more on your experience and take less on faith. The truth is the same, but the paths are different.

  4. Read, listen, and communicate. Learn more about religions, clarify for yourself what you don't understand. Read about different deities, listen to what people say about God. Absorb more information. Over time, you will notice that you like some tradition more than others, some image is closer and clearer. Focus your attention on that.

  5. First, decide for what purpose?

Are you interested in Aesthetics or Truth?

If True, then the order can be as follows.

    1. Identify who God is.

2 .What source of information can be considered inspired and on what basis?

    3 .Be objective!

I can offer you my version of the evidence.
