This is a very useful question. And it is rarely asked. Because they are afraid that once they become more stupid, they will never be able to become smarter again. Stupidity will turn into a stigma, a diagnosis, and a reason for disrespect. “It's a shame to be stupid, and you should hide your stupidity” – this belief is a persistent and quite traumatic myth that defines a lot of things in our lives.
To get to your own stupidity (and this is pure unclouded pleasure ;)), you need to cope with shame. Shame makes us seem smarter. Shame prevents you from being stupid when you want to be. And to remove the dictator of shame, there are several exercises. I'll only share the first one, which you can do yourself. It is diagnostic. By observing yourself, you can learn exactly how shame interrupts your stupidity.
You need to stand in front of the mirror, relax your face and slightly open your mouth, so that a little more saliva drips from the corner of your mouth (like a baby), look at yourself in the mirror and say out loud “I am the smartest and most beautiful”. It is useful to train before public speaking and exams. A person who accepts their stupidity will do this exercise in a relaxed way, without laughing at themselves, and will feel warm from accepting themselves, but most people will be ashamed to accept themselves as so stupid and will begin to unconsciously make fun of themselves or distort themselves, which will manifest in involuntary laughter, a tense jaw, or some other bodily distortion.
My personal recipe: Games (I play hots) + family guy + do not communicate with anyone + do not read anything longer than a page sheet + sedative pills))
