    ✔clear about personal boundaries

    Depending on the criteria of self-sufficiency, books are already selected for your tasks.

It is also useful to observe the changes in your body and mind. A person can become weaker or stronger, stupider or smarter. And because of this, its capabilities may change. There may be a need for someone else's help, or vice versa — there will be a new opportunity to help someone, to do something useful.
