  1. Here's a simple technique. Tell yourself that you will do what you want to do in just 2 minutes. You can even set a timer.

    When the time runs out, you can safely get up and go about your business.

    But, most likely, you will realize that you don't want to stop and you even like this business.

    Sit down and start — this is 80% of success. Landing is like a rocket overcoming the Earth's gravity, which consumes most of its fuel.

  2. In my opinion, the most important tool in the fight against laziness is motivation. It doesn't matter what it is by nature (a kick in the ass to force you to do something or your own desires, which are stronger than laziness). Well, it would also be nice to have a worthy goal, to which you need to go overcoming yourself and your laziness.

    From personal experience, I can say that the most powerful motivating tool is a good kick in the ass, multiplied by personal interest

  3. There are many different tactics, I don't know if they work or not, I have such a problem myself and I can't cope with it in any way. One of these tactics is called”pomidoro”. It's simple: work for 25 minutes, then rest for 5 minutes. And so on in turn.

  4. Set ambitious goals that would be interesting to achieve. When there are goals, there is motivation. You naturally want to do things that bring you closer to your goals.
