    Meditations. You should devote at least 15 minutes a day to yourself and meditate. It doesn't need any special music or special atmosphere, really. You just need to be alone with yourself and your thoughts and understand all this flow. You can write down something that seems particularly important. That's how if something seems important and you write it down, you'll start listening to yourself.

    You lie down on the crib. You put your hands under your head. You close your eyes. You think about your goal, mistakes, and future plans. You open your eyes. You get out of bed and eat ice cream.
